What I liked: It's super simple to fill out your itinerary and whip up a rough plan for your trip.

What I didn't like:
1. No app support. You gotta log in, click around, and scroll every single time you want to use the site while you're on the go.

2. The distance and time estimates only consider cars. We always have to click in to check the estimates for public transport.

3. There's no calendar view available on mobile.

4. It would be great to have activities on a separate panel on the same page. Just dragging an activity into the calendar would be way easier than clicking 'X' a bunch of times to get back to the calendar screen.

5. I’d like to see smaller time increments. Not every activity is gonna take 30 minutes. Having options for 5, 10, or 15-minute increments would be awesome.

6. It would be helpful to adjust the vertical scale in the calendar view. Most folks don’t need to plan activities during their sleep hours, so being able to cut out those empty hours would make the screen way easier to read.

7. It’d be nice to link flight, train, and ferry schedules directly to the company source. Tripit does a great job of connecting to a flight number and tracking any changes.

I used the app for the first time and it made planning our 3-day trip to Hyderabad super easy. It suggested spots to check out, gave us travel times between attractions, and even included their opening hours. The auto-optimization of our itinerary was a fantastic feature! Really loved it!

This is great for putting together an itinerary, plus the map that displays the route is super handy.

The program sometimes rearranges the towns in the schedule and alters the number of days spent at each location. Super frustrating! It fills every single moment of the day with tour suggestions, which is also a pain. There should definitely be a space where I can jot down my own plans. I mean, who’s gonna fill every second of their trip with paid tours? Plus, it only lasts for 60 days, which is another hassle. Honestly, I find it pretty much useless. The only thing I really use it for is to keep my itinerary on my phone instead of scribbling it on paper. A major improvement would be letting users add their own notes for each day. It feels like all you care about is pushing tours and accommodations, without considering the user experience. That’s where you’re really missing the mark.

All in all, it’s pretty handy. Just a few minor things: I decided to leave home a day earlier to snag an extra day at the end, and I had to tweak the number of nights for each stop. The hotel’s detailed info provided during check-in doesn’t really need to be repeated at check-out. It would be nice to have a simpler way to add meal spots. Maybe consider a global option to show or hide things like renting a car daily or checking out nightlife, and so on.
